Merchandise Return Policy
- Merchandise
purchased in the store or online can be returned for a refund within 30 days of
purchase. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- A
valid Larsen Music receipt must be
present with all returns.
- No
refunds will be given on recordings or software. If defective,
they will be exchanged for another of the same item.
- No
refunds will be given on print music. Music returned within 30 days in new
condition will receive an exchange or store credit only.
- For
sanitary reasons, we can only accept returns on reeds or harmonicas if the
package is still completely sealed.
- Special
orders (items not regularly stocked by Larsen Music)
are non-refundable.
- Returns are not accepted on embossed folders.
- For online orders that are returned undeliverable, Larsen Music will implement a re-stocking fee equal to what we are billed for return shipping.
In the event of a defective item, your warranty will depend upon the manufacturer. Please contact the order desk for warranty information.
Rental Return Policy
You may terminate your rental at any time by returning the instrument to Larsen Music or one of our depots or representatives. Please call us directly, and do not leave your instrument with the music teacher or at your child's school. We cannot terminate your contract until we actually have the instrument in our possession. If you cannot make it to our store or one of our depots, you may ship the instrument to us. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned instruments.
